About the Role:



We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and strategic Social Media Manager with 3-4 years of experience to lead and grow our social media presence. You will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing campaigns, analyzing performance, and building strong brand visibility across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:



Strategy & Planning:



Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals.

Identify target audiences and create tailored content strategies per platform.

Content Creation & Management:



Oversee content creation (graphics, reels, videos, stories, carousels, etc.) in collaboration with designers and content writers.

Manage daily posting schedules across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

Ensure content is on-brand, timely, and aligned with campaign objectives.

Community Management:



Monitor and respond to messages, comments, and brand mentions.

Engage with followers and nurture an active online community.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:



Analyze KPIs like reach, engagement, CTR, and conversions.

Generate weekly/monthly reports and provide insights for improvement.

Use tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.

Campaign Execution:



Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns.

Work with ad teams to optimize performance and ROI of social media ads.

Trend & Competitor Analysis:



Stay updated with platform updates, trends, and best practices.

Monitor competitor social presence and performance.

Collaboration:



Coordinate with marketing, design, and sales teams for cross-functional campaigns.

Collaborate with influencers or partners for brand amplification when needed.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.

3-4 years of hands-on experience in social media management (agency or brand-side).

Strong knowledge of all major platforms: Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.

Experience with scheduling and analytics tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong understanding of content trends, audience psychology, and platform algorithms.

Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and multitask across projects.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):



Experience with influencer collaborations and campaign planning

Basic understanding of paid media (Meta Ads/LinkedIn Ads)

Knowledge of SEO and how it integrates with social content

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
