. This role requires deep understanding of the F&B industry, strong content judgment, and the ability to drive virality while maintaining brand consistency and client satisfaction.
You will be responsible for content strategy, approvals, trend execution, team coordination, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery across all assigned client accounts.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end social media execution for assigned cafe and restaurant clients
Take complete ownership of Instagram pages and ensure Facebook posting alignment
Deeply understand each client's business, target audience, city trends, and brand positioning
Ensure timely posting with strict adherence to content calendars and schedules
Develop platform-specific content strategies tailored to each F&B brand
Ideate, plan, and finalize monthly content calendars
Approve all content before posting, including reels, static posts, captions, music, hashtags, and creatives
Ensure high posting hygiene with zero errors in spelling, grammar, audio selection, and brand tone
Drive innovative, original, and trend-led content with a clear objective of virality and reach
Monitor Instagram and Facebook trends daily
Coordinate with internal teams including designers, videographers, editors, and account managers
Understand how virality works and apply it to real-world cafe and restaurant marketing
Ensure content delivers meaningful views, engagement, and local buzz
Maintain high client satisfaction and proactively manage expectations
Minimize client escalations through structured communication and quality execution
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in Social Media Management
Agency experience in a marketing or digital marketing agency
Prior experience handling F&B, cafe, or restaurant brands is required
Strong understanding of Instagram and Facebook algorithms
Proven experience in content planning, approvals, and trend execution
Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
