Seahawk is looking for a modern marketer. We don't need someone to just manage agencies or look at spreadsheets all day. We need a
"Full-Stack" Marketer
who understands that in 2026, video is the marketing strategy.
You will lead our digital presence, but you won't just sit behind a desk planning--you will be on camera, creating the content that drives our brand forward on TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
You will bridge the gap between Brand Strategy and Content Creation.
70% Execution: Scripting, filming, and editing short-form video content.
30% Strategy: Managing distribution and aligning content with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Video-First Content Creation
Own the Seahawk TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Instagram Reels channels.
Translate complex tech/web services into engaging, 30-60 second videos.
Be the Face: You must be comfortable appearing on camera regularly to build a personal connection with our audience.
2. 360 Digital Marketing
Distribution: Take one piece of video content and repurpose it for LinkedIn (B2B), Twitter/X, and Email newsletters.
Campaign Management: Align video content with our sales goals (e.g., driving traffic to a new service launch).
Copywriting: Write compelling captions, email subject lines, and video hooks that convert.
3. Growth & Analytics
Monitor engagement metrics and website traffic (Google Analytics/Search Console).
Run A/B tests on video formats to see what drives the most leads.
Keep an eye on competitors and emerging trends in the WordPress/Web ecosystem.
Requirements:
3+ years in Digital Marketing, with a strong portfolio of video work.
Expert in CapCut, VN, or Adobe Premiere Rush.
Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM tools.
Proficient in Canva.
Professional-level English proficiency (Written & Verbal). You will be communicating with global clients and team members.
You must have a UPS/Generator backup and redundant internet connection (Fiber + 4G Backup) to handle video uploads and meetings during load shedding.
