We are looking for a creative and results-driven

Social Media Manager

to manage and grow our presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, community engagement, campaign planning, and performance analysis to strengthen brand awareness and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.) Create and curate engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos, captions) Manage daily posting schedules and content calendars Monitor comments, messages, and mentions; engage with the community Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (if applicable) Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams Track performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices Manage influencer collaborations and brand partnerships (if required)
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred) 1-4 years of experience in social media management Strong understanding of major social media platforms and trends Excellent written and visual communication skills Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout, or similar Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, etc.) Analytical mindset with experience reading insights and metrics
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)

Experience with paid ads and campaign optimization Video editing or short-form content creation skills Influencer marketing experience Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
