Key Responsibilities1. Personal Brand Management
Manage daily content for founder's personal profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, others if required)
Convert raw thoughts, voice notes, meetings, and ideas into content
Build thought leadership, credibility, and inbound demand
Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and positioning
Track personal brand KPIs (reach, engagement, leads, DMs)
2. Organisation Social Media Management
Manage brand pages across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts
Create and execute monthly content calendars
Coordinate with design & video teams for timely delivery
Maintain brand consistency across platforms
3. Performance Marketing
Plan, launch, and optimise Meta & LinkedIn ad campaigns
Run lead gen, retargeting, and engagement ads
Understand full funnel: content ? lead ? conversion
Track CPL, CPC, ROAS, conversions, and engagement
Share weekly & monthly performance reports with insights
4. Automation & Lead Management
Set up automation for:
Lead forms
DM automation
Email workflows
CRM integrations
Ensure leads reach sales/founder without delays
Improve conversion through automation optimisation
5. Content & Execution
Ideate reels, carousels, stories, and static posts
Ensure high execution quality--no half-baked posts
Stay updated with trends, formats, and platform changes
Repurpose long content into short-form assets
6. Reporting & Analytics
Maintain dashboards for:
Organic performance
Paid campaigns
Lead generation
Share insights, not just numbers
Recommend improvements based on data
Required Skills & ExperienceMust-Have
2-5 years of experience in social media management
Strong hands-on experience in
performance marketing
Experience with
automation & CRM tools
Ability to manage
personal brands + organisations
Strong content judgement and execution skills
Comfortable working independently
Good to Have
Experience with founder-led or thought leadership brands
Knowledge of storytelling & brand building
Agency or fast-paced startup experience
