Responsibilities:

Content planning (education + trust-based) Caption writing (simple, parent-friendly language) Reel editing (calm, professional style) Monthly content calendar Basic community engagement (comments & DMs)
Requirements:

Experience with healthcare / education social media pages Understanding of parent psychology Ability to measure success through: Enquiries DMs Calls
