Role Overview

We're looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who can

plan, execute, and grow social media accounts end-to-end

. You'll be responsible for strategy, content planning, basic design, scheduling, and day-to-day account management across platforms.

This is

not

an entry-level role. Prior hands-on experience managing and growing accounts is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars Grow social media accounts organically (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn; others as required) Create content ideas aligned with brand positioning and goals Design basic creatives (posts, carousels, reels covers) using Canva or similar tools Write captions, hooks, and CTAs that drive engagement Schedule posts and manage publishing across platforms Coordinate with the internal team for approvals and revisions Monitor performance and suggest improvements based on insights Maintain consistency in brand voice, visuals, and messaging
Requirements

Prior experience as a Social Media Manager is mandatory

Proven experience handling brand or business accounts (agency experience is a plus) Strong understanding of content strategy and audience growth Basic design skills (Canva required; Adobe is a plus) Good copywriting and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Familiarity with scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.)
