About the Role

Lawctopus is seeking a Social Media Manager to oversee strategy and engagement across multiple platforms, with a primary focus on Instagram. The role is ideal for someone passionate about content, community growth, and data-driven performance.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube, with Instagram as the primary focus. Write engaging captions and produce short-form videos (Reels, Stories, Shorts) for high engagement. Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitors to inform content strategy. Respond to comments, DMs, and audience interactions to nurture communities. Track performance using analytics tools (Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, GA4) and optimise campaigns. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and course teams to align content with business goals.

Must-Have Skills

3-5 years of hands-on social media management experience across multiple platforms. Strong copywriting skills with the ability to write engaging captions and content. Design and short-form video editing skills (Canva, CapCut, etc.). Experience with analytics tools and reporting (Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, GA4, spreadsheets). Ability to plan, schedule, and execute campaigns independently.

Nice-to-Have

Experience in ed-tech, D2C, or high-velocity lead-generation campaigns (big plus). Hands-on knowledge of paid social campaigns and influencer collaborations. Up-to-date with emerging social media trends, platform features, and content formats. Proven ability to leverage trends for audience growth and engagement.
