Job Overview

Craiz Virality is looking for a

Social Media Manager

who can independently handle content planning, strategy, execution, and growth across multiple platforms.
This is a

full-time role

with ownership over our social media presence and content direction.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and execute social media content strategies across platforms Manage social media accounts on: Instagram LinkedIn YouTube Create and maintain monthly content calendars Plan, script, and manage: Instagram Reels YouTube video scripts Write captions and detailed content briefs Coordinate with designers and video editors Publish posts, reels, shorts, and videos Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and growth Optimize content using insights, analytics, and trends Maintain consistent brand tone, quality, and posting discipline

Requirements

Strong understanding of major social media platforms Experience in content planning and strategy Good copywriting and communication skills Clear understanding of Instagram Reels and YouTube content formats Experience using tools like Meta Business Suite and Canva Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks

Preferred Qualifications

Experience managing brand or startup social media accounts Basic understanding of social media analytics Knowledge of both short-form and long-form video content
