Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, independent, and performance-driven Social Media Manager who can handle social media operations end-to-end. The candidate should be capable of editing reels and posts, managing multiple platforms, and running Meta Ads from A to Z to drive brand growth and leads.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, and LinkedIn Research trends, hooks, hashtags, and reel ideas for better reach and engagement Work on the HeyGen tool for video creation process Upload, schedule, and publish content across all social media channels Complete knowledge of Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram); Campaign setup and management, Audience targeting and retargeting, Budget planning and optimization, Ad creatives and ad copy creation, Lead generation, traffic, reach, and conversion campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role Hands-on experience with the HeyGen tool Strong video editing skills for reels and short-form content Complete understanding of Meta Business Suite and Ads Manager Strong written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
