Role Overview
You will own the day-to-day of social media across LinkedIn, Instagram and short form platforms. From researching trends to editing videos, you will help build a consistent presence that reflects our voice, pillars and point of view.
This is a hands-on role, working directly with the founder. If you enjoy testing ideas, iterating fast and seeing your work move real metrics, you will enjoy this.
Key Responsibilities
Research trends, topics and formats that perform on LinkedIn, Instagram and short-form platforms
?Generate content ideas that fit the brand voice and existing content pillars
Edit videos for short-form content (Basic Style Edit)
Design simple graphics and carousels when needed (Figma or similar tools)
Plan and manage the posting schedule across channels
Repurpose existing content into multiple formats and platforms
Track performance, pull simple insights and suggest improvements
Keep the overall brand presence sharp, consistent and recognisable
Requirements
Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram and short-form video platforms
Proven experience creating content that performs (personal brand or client work)
?Video editing skills for short-form content
Basic graphic design skills and experience with Figma or similar tools
Ability to follow an existing voice and style while adding your own creative ideas
Comfortable working asynchronously, taking ownership and hitting deadlines
Nice to Have
Interest in AI, systems, business, operations and creator-led brands
Experience turning raw voice notes, bullet points or rough ideas into polished posts
