We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager with 2+ years of hands-on experience in managing social media platforms, content creation, and campaign execution. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of brand communication, audience engagement, and social media analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Create engaging, high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, videos, graphics) for all major platforms.
Manage and grow company presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.
Plan monthly content calendars and ensure timely posting.
Monitor and respond to audience comments, messages, and queries.
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams for campaign execution.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
Coordinate with influencers or external agencies when required.
Run paid ad campaigns (preferred but not mandatory).
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (preferred).
Minimum
2 years of professional experience
in social media management.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
Good understanding of social media analytics & insights.
Knowledge of tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Google Analytics, etc.
Ability to think creatively and strategically.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro).
Basic graphic design skills.
Experience with influencer marketing or community management.
Understanding of brand identity and storytelling.
