AI tools can assist, but they can't think for you. We want someone who still believes in creativity, not shortcuts.

You'll be managing multiple brands across India and abroad. Each one with a different story, audience, and challenge. You'll need to know what to post, when to post, and how to make it connect.

What you'll handle

Planning and executing content strategies across brands Growing followers organically with smart storytelling and consistent engagement Creating content ideas that feel original and align with each brand's voice Writing captions that sound human, not automated Tracking and using trends early to build momentum Running Meta and Google Ads when required and analyzing campaign performance Collaborating with designers, editors, and the performance team Monitoring analytics and improving reach and engagement month after month Using AI tools only as support, never as a replacement for creative thinking
What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience working with a marketing agency handling multiple clients Proven track record of organic growth and social media success Strong understanding of both content and audience behavior Excellent English communication and creative writing skills Someone who can think fast, execute faster, and deliver real outcomes Immediate joining required. Salary

?25,000 - ?30,000 per month

based on experience and portfolio
