We're looking for a Social Media Manager

You'll help shape the online voice and visual storytelling for Tiggo, a fast-growing digital platform focused on transforming how towns and communities build better public spaces.

Your job: make our mission visually irresistible on Instagram, LinkedIn and our blog, Pulse of Tiggo.

What You'll Do

Create engaging Instagram Reels, stories, and posts that communicate ideas clearly and creatively. Edit short-form videos using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, or any app you swear by. Design graphic posts and carousel layouts using Canva or Adobe tools that fit Tiggo's aesthetic. Help plan monthly content calendars, brainstorm themes, ideas, and post schedules. Stay tuned to trends, sounds, and formats that work and bring those ideas forward fast. Repurpose existing content (like blogs, interviews, or features) into social formats. Track what performs well and what doesn't and tweak accordingly. Collaborate directly with the founder and content team (async + via quick video check-ins)

What You'll Need

Prior experience creating Instagram Reels or social media video content. Strong video editing skills (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, or similar). Comfort using Canva / Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator for design. A keen eye for rhythm, typography, tone, and visual storytelling. Solid written English, especially for captions and callouts. Ability to work independently, on deadlines, and handle feedback well. Reliable internet and communication (we work async, but clear updates matter).

Work Setup

Remote (India-based) Flexible schedule but some overlap with US Eastern hours (evening India time).
Weekly check-ins, clear deliverables, creative freedom.
