About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Social Media Manager to lead a team of 2-3
Virtual Assistants (VAs) who support our clients in both social media management and
administrative tasks. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong leadership, and a
client-first mindset. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for ensuring high-quality client
deliverables, managing relationships with clients, and guiding the VA team to achieve
performance and engagement goals.
Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand client goals, brand voice, and ensure alignment across all social
media and admin deliverables.
Conduct regular check-ins and review meetings with clients to provide updates
and gather feedback.
Team Management
Lead and mentor a team of 2-3 Virtual Assistants managing social media and
admin tasks for clients.
Oversee workload distribution, task assignments, and ensure timely delivery of
work.
Train, guide, and monitor team members to maintain quality and consistency.
Review and approve content, reports, and communications before client
submission.
Social Media Management
Develop and implement social media strategies tailored to client objectives.
