Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement result-driven strategies aligned with business goals while staying updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging features.
Content Creation & Calendar Management:
Plan and maintain a comprehensive content calendar. Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns. Handle basic editing and create graphics when required.
Community Management:
Engage and nurture our online communities across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Reddit, and WhatsApp. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions to build strong relationships and brand loyalty.Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics to refine strategies. Incorporate SEO and AEO best practices to increase visibility and reach.
Qualifications
Analytics & SEO:
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, Reddit, Pinterest, etc.).
Solid knowledge of SEO, AEO, and digital marketing fundamentals.
Proficiency in basic photo/video editing tools and graphic design software.
Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple platforms and campaigns simultaneously.
