Job Description

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead social media presence, engage audiences, and grow brand awareness online.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok). Create, curate, and schedule engaging content (posts, videos, reels, stories, graphics). Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions. Analyze social media performance and prepare monthly reports. Run and optimize paid social media campaigns to achieve business goals. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams for consistent branding. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative mindset with the ability to produce visually appealing content. Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Later) is a plus. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects remotely.

Preferred:

Experience with paid social advertising (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads). Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, etc.).
