HigherEd for All is a mission-driven platform focused on education and career guidance. We create engaging content to help learners and professionals grow. We're looking for a performance-driven, full-time Social Media Manager who can handle everything from design to strategy and analytics -- ideal for beginners or those currently taking a break and working from home.

What You'll Do

Creative Design

Design posters, thumbnails, and carousels that align with our brand. Contribute ideas for reels and regular video content. Write compelling captions and copy.

Social Media Management

Schedule and publish content across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and other platforms. Engage with followers and grow community interaction. Stay updated on trends and suggest new content formats.

Promotion & Growth

Plan and execute strategies to increase reach and engagement. Collaborate with influencers or partners for cross-promotion.

Analytics & Reporting

Track daily performance using platform analytics. Share progress reports with insights and suggestions.

Content Strategy

Strategize monthly content calendars and campaign ideas. Align content with brand goals and audience interests.

Reel Creation & Video Editing

Create engaging reels using trending formats and audio. Basic video editing skills (trimming, transitions, captions) are a plus.

Timely Delivery

Be available full-time and deliver tasks promptly within allotted timelines.

Who You Are

Experienced in social media management and content creation. Skilled in Canva, Photoshop, or similar design tools. Familiar with Instagram, LinkedIn, and X. Strong communicator with an eye for detail. Able to share a portfolio of past work (mandatory). Comfortable with basic video editing and reel creation. Self-motivated and performance-focused.
