We are seeking a motivated and skilled Digital Marketing Manager to manage and optimize our presence on digital marketing platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with various digital marketing portals and tools, including social media management platforms, search engine marketing (SEM) tools, email marketing software, and analytics platforms. You will be responsible for driving digital campaigns, analysing performance data, and optimizing strategies to maximize ROI across our digital marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Portal Management:
Oversee and manage various digital marketing such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, email marketing platforms, and content management systems.
- Campaign Creation & Optimization:
Design, launch, and optimize digital campaigns across all portals to achieve business objectives such as lead generation, website traffic, social handle reach, and brand awareness.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate regular reports on campaign performance. Use data to make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
- SEO & SEM:
Collaborate with the SEO/SEM teams to create strategies that improve the visibility of our digital assets and drive qualified traffic.
- Content Coordination:
Work with content creators to ensure that the messaging is aligned with digital campaigns across platforms.
- A/B Testing:
Conduct A/B testing for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns to refine targeting and messaging for optimal results.
- Budget Management:
Manage campaign budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum results.
- Customer Interaction:
Respond to customer inquiries through digital marketing portals and manage online community interactions to foster engagement and loyalty.
- Stay Updated:
Keep up with the latest trends in digital marketing and new features offered by portals and tools.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in digital marketing and managing online marketing platforms.
- Familiarity with tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, RunwayML, CANVA, Ai Video editing tool ,
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and social media strategies.
- Excellent communication, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field ( will be a bonus).
Desired Skills:
- Experience with paid search and paid social campaigns.
- Graphic design skills and familiarity with design tools (e.g., RunwayML, Canva, Filmora, Capcut, Adobe Photoshop).
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Knowledge of email automation platforms and techniques.
