Social Media Manager
to join our mission.
The Opportunity
We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Social Media Manager who can own and grow our social presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X.com, YouTube, and others). You will be responsible for developing content strategies, collaborating with internal creative and paid media teams, managing posting schedules, and driving audience engagement with a clear focus on measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation.
Manage the day-to-day posting calendar across all platforms.
Collaborate with the Creative Designer and PPC team to develop compelling, on-brand visuals and messaging.
Monitor social performance, provide insights using analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, YouTube Studio), and make data-driven recommendations.
Engage actively with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build community.
Track competitors, trends, and best practices in the steel building and construction space.
Coordinate with the Content and SEO team to align organic content with broader campaigns.
Support the Digital Marketing Director with campaign performance summaries and monthly reports.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on social media management experience (agency or in-house).
Proven track record of managing social platforms with significant audience growth.
Strong understanding of B2C and B2B content strategy, funnel engagement, and visual storytelling.
Excellent written communication, organizational, and planning skills.
Proficiency with scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite), Canva or Adobe Suite, and basic video editing tools.
Experience in construction, architecture, home improvement, or a related industry is an asset.
Bonus: Experience with ad creative coordination and influencer outreach.
