Cellexia is a fast-growing skincare brand focused on delivering high-quality products through innovative digital strategies. We are seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead our online presence and engage our community across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand objectives. Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Tiktok. Monitor social media channels, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster community engagement. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns and promotions. Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and platform-specific insights to optimize content and strategy. Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies to keep our social media presence current and effective.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in social media management or a similar role. Proficiency in social media platforms and tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar. Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging content ideas.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in the skincare or beauty industry. Familiarity with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of SEO and content marketing principles.
