Social Media Manager - Personal Brand/Influencer Growth

About the Role

We are seeking a creative and strategic

Social Media Manager

to help build, grow, and manage a personal brand as a

social media influencer

. The ideal candidate will be passionate about digital storytelling, trend-spotting, and audience engagement. You will be responsible for creating and executing content strategies across multiple platforms to increase reach, engagement, and collaborations.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a

content strategy

aligned with personal brand goals. Manage and grow presence across

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn

, and emerging platforms. Plan, create, and schedule

engaging content

(videos, reels, stories, posts, and lives). Research and leverage

trends, hashtags, and viral formats

to maximize visibility. Monitor analytics and provide insights to

optimize growth and engagement

. Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers for high-quality content production. Build and maintain

relationships with followers, brands, and industry peers

. Identify and pursue

brand partnership and monetization opportunities

. Manage community interactions--responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries. Stay updated on

platform algorithm changes and influencer marketing trends

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in

social media management, content creation, or influencer marketing

. Strong

copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication skills

. Proficiency in

video editing, Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools

. Knowledge of

analytics tools

(Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, TikTok Analytics, etc.). Understanding of

personal branding and influencer growth strategies

. Creative, trend-savvy, and able to work in a

fast-paced digital environment

. Excellent

communication, time management, and organizational skills

.

Preferred Experience

Worked with influencers, creators, or public figures. Background in

marketing, communications, or media

. Familiarity with

paid advertising

(Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads).

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹99,000.00 per month
