About the Role

We are seeking a

creative, strategic, and industry-savvy Social Media Manager

to help build, grow, and manage a

personal brand in the dermatology and skincare space

You will be responsible for creating and executing content strategies across multiple platforms to drive growth, engagement, and meaningful brand partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a content strategy aligned with personal brand and growth goals. Manage and expand the brand's presence across

Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X (Twitter), LinkedIn

, and emerging platforms. Plan, create, and schedule engaging, high-quality content (videos, reels, stories, posts, and live sessions). Identify and leverage

dermatology and beauty trends

, hashtags, and viral formats to maximize reach and visibility. Monitor analytics and provide data-driven insights to optimize growth and engagement. Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and designers for premium visual production. Build and maintain relationships with followers, brands, and industry partners. Identify and pursue brand collaborations and monetization opportunities. Manage community interactions--respond to comments, DMs, and engagement threads. Stay updated on platform algorithms, influencer trends, and skincare/beauty marketing best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

Required:

Background or proven experience in

dermatology, skincare, or beauty industry marketing

. Proven track record in

social media management, content creation, or influencer growth

. Strong

copywriting, storytelling, and visual communication

skills. Proficiency in

video editing, Canva, Photoshop, or similar creative tools

. Experience with

analytics tools

(Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, YouTube Studio, etc.). Understanding of

personal branding and influencer strategy

. Creative, trend-savvy, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Preferred Experience

Worked directly with

influencers, skincare brands, or medical professionals in aesthetics or dermatology

. Background in

marketing, communications, or media

. Familiarity with

paid advertising

(Meta, TikTok, Google Ads).
