end-to-end content operations
- from ideas to posting - and work closely with the brand and design/editing team.

1-2 years of experience

excellent English + Hindi communication skills

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily posting and basic engagement (comments/DMs) across all social media platforms.
Ideate, draft, and refine content (hooks, captions, scripts) in English and Hindi.
Filter and approve content ideas to ensure they fit the personal brand and positioning.
Coordinate with designers/video editors to get all creatives, reels, and assets on time.
Schedule content, monitor performance, and share simple weekly/monthly insights.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience
in Social Media / Content / Digital Marketing.
Strong written and spoken
English and Hindi
.
Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn posts, etc.
Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working closely with a founder/brand.
Basic knowledge of Canva/Figma/other design tools is a plus.
Comfort with reading and using platform analytics/insights.
Nice-to-Have
Experience managing
personal brands, creators or coaches
.
Ability to suggest new content series and trend-based ideas.
Basic video editing skills.
