Social Media Manager

to join our team and drive impactful online presence across all digital platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with business goals. Create engaging and high-quality content (posts, stories, reels, videos, blogs) for multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Plan and execute paid campaigns, ensuring maximum ROI and lead generation. Manage day-to-day interactions with followers, respond to queries, and maintain a strong online community. Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to optimize performance. Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to align content with brand identity. Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, conversions). Stay updated on the latest tools, trends, and best practices in social media marketing. Mandatory to have laptop with good working condition

Key Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2-3 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role. Strong understanding of different social media platforms, algorithms, and content strategies. Hands-on experience with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, or similar scheduling/analytics platforms. Excellent copywriting, communication, and creative thinking skills. Ability to run paid ad campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads (preferred). Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
