Blessed Naturals is a growing health supplements brand focused on natural, effective, and high-quality wellness products. We are looking for a dynamic E-Commerce & Social Media Manager to manage our online sales platforms and strengthen our digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Management

Manage and grow seller accounts on Amazon India, Flipkart, and other marketplaces Create, optimize, and update product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images) Handle Amazon PPC & Flipkart Ads, deals, and promotional campaigns Monitor sales performance, pricing, inventory, and competitor activity Manage orders, returns, customer queries, and account health Ensure compliance with FSSAI and nutraceutical guidelines Coordinate with logistics, packaging, and internal teams Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
Social Media Management

Manage brand presence on Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms Plan and schedule posts, reels, and promotional content Respond to comments, DMs, and customer inquiries professionally Coordinate with influencers or creators (if required) Run basic paid ads or boost posts (preferred) Align social media campaigns with e-commerce sales goals

Requirements

Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central & Flipkart Seller Hub Knowledge of e-commerce SEO & keyword research Experience with Amazon Ads / Flipkart Ads Basic knowledge of social media content & trends Strong communication and problem-solving skills Self-motivated and result-oriented

Preferred Skills

Experience with Shopify, Meesho, JioMart is a plus Canva / basic creative tools knowledge Data analysis & reporting skills
