Key Responsibilities
Build monthly social media strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
Plan, create, and publish content that aligns with the brand voice and goals.
Work with the design and content teams to produce posts, reels, stories, and long-form content.
Track and analyze performance metrics to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
Stay updated with trends, platform updates, and competitor activity.
Manage online interactions, comments, and community engagement.
Run paid social campaigns when needed and coordinate with the performance marketing team.
Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure high-quality execution.
Required Skills
Strong understanding of social media platforms and audience behavior.
Creative thinking with an eye for visual content.
Good communication and copywriting skills.
Basic knowledge of analytics tools like Meta Insights, LinkedIn Analytics, or third-party tools.
Ability to work with designers, video editors, and content writers.
Experience with paid campaigns is a plus.
Experience Needed
1 to 3 years of experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
