About the Role

Mukim Ayurvedic Clinic is a 60-year-old offline brand that is now entering the online space for the first time.

We are looking for an

experienced Social Media Manager

who can handle our digital presence end-to-end and understands how to build trust for a medical brand online.

This role is

not suitable for freshers

.

Employment Type

Full-time or Part-time (Experienced candidates only) On-site / Hybrid / Remote - as discussed Long-term role
Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow our social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Create content plans aligned with Ayurvedic healthcare and patient education

Write scripts

for reels and videos Handle

messaging and DM conversations

professionally Respond to patient queries and guide them towards consultations Coordinate with doctors and clinic team for accurate content Maintain brand tone, ethics, and medical sensitivity Track engagement, leads, and basic performance metrics
What You Will Own

Content planning and execution Video scripts and captions DM handling and lead follow-ups Day-to-day account management
What We Are Looking For

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager Prior work with healthcare, wellness, or service brands preferred Strong writing and communication skills Comfortable handling DMs and patient conversations Understanding of Instagram growth and content formats Ability to work independently without constant supervision
