Job Title: Social Media Manager

Location: Mohali (Sector 67)

We need someone who can take ownership--manage projects from start to finish, guide the team, and keep our social media presence sharp and consistent.

What you'll be responsible for

Lead the full social media strategy across all platforms Plan monthly calendars, set goals, and make sure the team follows the plan Manage designers, writers, and editors to keep projects on track Review content before it goes live and ensure quality across all channels Create campaigns, reels, stories, and fresh content ideas Track performance, prepare reports, and tweak strategy as needed Handle client or internal project requirements on time Keep communication smooth within the team and resolve roadblocks Stay aware of trends and help the team grow their skills

What we're looking for

Strong understanding of social media growth and branding Experience handling multiple projects at once Ability to lead, train, and motivate a small team Solid communication and decision-making Comfort with tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Creator Studio 2-4 years of hands-on experience

Good to have

Basic knowledge of paid ads Experience with influencers or collaborations
