About the Role
We are hiring a proactive and result-oriented
Digital Marketing Executive & Lead Generation Specialist
to manage paid campaigns, drive consistent leads, and execute organic digital growth strategies.
The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, social media management, and lead generation tools. Strong knowledge of sales funnels, retargeting, audience segmentation, and ROAS optimization is a must.
Plan, create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on
Meta
,
LinkedIn
, and
Google Ads
.
Maintain consistent
ROAS
and continuously optimize ad performance.
Create campaign strategies for audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimization.
Lead Generation
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly
lead generation targets
.
Generate leads through
organic channels
: LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Maps, social media outreach, and community groups.
Execute funnel-based strategies to acquire qualified leads.
Social Media Management
Manage and oversee all major platforms:
Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube
, etc.
Plan, schedule, and monitor content using
social media management tools
.
Track engagement, reach, and conversions to improve performance.
Reporting & Optimization
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for campaigns, leads, and ROI.
Monitor analytics, identify opportunities, and recommend improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of hands-on experience in
digital marketing & lead generation
.
Strong expertise in
Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads
.
Knowledge of
sales funnels, retargeting, audience segmentation
, and performance tracking.
Familiarity with industry tools like:
Meta Business Suite
Google Analytics
