Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
Manage daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc.).
Create engaging and high-quality content including posts, reels, videos, graphics, and stories.
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create campaigns and promotional activities.
Track performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
Respond to comments, queries, and messages to maintain community engagement.
Run paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (preferred).
Research competitors, industry trends, and algorithm updates for continuous improvement.
Coordinate with influencers/brand ambassadors if required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Social Media Executive / Social Media Manager.
Strong understanding of social media trends, hashtags, and digital marketing concepts.
Hands-on experience in Canva / Photoshop / video editing tools (preferred).
Experience with Meta Business Suite / Ads Manager is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and creative thinking skills.
