Job Overview:

We are looking for a

Social Media Manager

who is experienced in managing social media platforms and creating engaging content. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and well-versed with the latest digital marketing trends.

Preferably looking for female candidates.

Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management

Manage and grow the company's presence across major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Create, plan, and schedule engaging content including posts, stories, and reels. Monitor trends and implement new strategies to increase engagement and reach. Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner.

Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools. Generate monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.

Collaboration & Strategy

Work closely with the content and design team to create compelling visuals and content. Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with business goals. Conduct competitor research and market analysis to refine social media plans.

Requirements:

Proven experience in managing company social media accounts. Strong understanding of content creation, audience engagement, and platform algorithms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in social media analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.). Creative mindset with the ability to think out of the box. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects. Experience with influencer marketing & brand collaborations. Familiarity with graphic design tools like

Adobe Suite

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
