Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategy Development:
? Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive social media strategies
that align with the company's objectives.
? Conduct market research and audience analysis to tailor strategies that drive
engagement and growth.
2. Content Planning & Creation:
? Collaborate with the marketing team to create and curate high-quality,
engaging content across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter,
LinkedIn )
? Ensure content is on-brand, consistent with the voice and tone, and
optimized for each platform.
? Plan and schedule posts, including copywriting, visuals, and multimedia
elements.
3. Community Engagement:
? Build and nurture relationships with the online community by responding to
comments, messages, and mentions.
? Monitor and engage with user-generated content and encourage audience
interaction.
4. Campaign Management:
? Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.
? Collaborate with other departments (e.g., PR, advertising) to ensure
integrated marketing efforts.
5. Analytics & Reporting:
? Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities.
? Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and provide regular reports to assess
the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
? Utilize analytics tools to measure ROI, engagement, reach, and conversion
rates.
6. Paid Media & Advertising:
? Plan, execute, and optimize social media paid ad campaigns (e.g., Facebook
Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
? Ensure ads are targeted effectively and deliver results.
7. Brand Monitoring & Crisis Management:
? Track brand sentiment and address potential issues or negative feedback in
a timely and professional manner.
? Help manage online reputation and maintain positive brand perception.
8. Stay Current on Trends:
? Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and
emerging technologies.
? Implement innovative strategies to ensure the brand stays competitive in a
fast-evolving social media landscape.
Qualifications:
? Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
? 2+ years of experience in social media marketing or strategy, with a strong portfolio
showcasing results.
? Proficiency in social media platforms, tools and analytics (e.g., Google Analytics,
platform insights).
? Strong writing, communication, and storytelling skills.
? Experience with paid social media campaigns.
? Creative thinker with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
