Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business objectives.
Research target audience, market trends, and competitor activities to create impactful campaigns.
Define KPIs and performance metrics for social media activities.
Content & Campaign Management
Work with creative and content teams to produce engaging posts, reels, stories, and campaigns
Plan and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all channels.
Community Engagement
Monitor, respond, and engage with the online community to build strong relationships.
Manage brand reputation and handle queries/feedback professionally.
Analytics & Reporting
Track, measure, and analyze campaign performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
Leadership & Collaboration
Guide and mentor junior team members
Collaborate with design, SEO, and marketing teams for integrated campaigns.
Requirements
1-4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Experience with paid advertising, influencer collaborations, and content marketing
Proficiency in social media management tools.
Strong creative thinking, copy writing, and storytelling skills.
Excellent analytical, communication, and organisational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
