Job Overview:

Flymedia Technology is hiring a

creative and strategic Social Media Manager & Content Creator

who can take full ownership of social media platforms -- from planning to publishing. You'll be responsible for building brand presence, creating eye-catching content, and driving engagement across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Create original and engaging content (images, reels, stories, graphics, carousels, captions, etc.) Plan and maintain the content calendar with timely campaigns, events, and trends Collaborate with the design and marketing teams for creative execution Handle daily posting, monitoring, and community engagement Shoot and edit short-form videos (e.g., Reels, YouTube Shorts, behind-the-scenes content) Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and platform updates Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, growth) and report insights.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum

1 to

2 years of experience

in social media management and content creation Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Excellent writing and visual storytelling skills. Creative mindset and strong attention to detail.
