We are looking for a creative and proactive designer
& Social Media Manager
to join our team. The role involves creating impactful visual designs and managing brand presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate will combine strong graphic design skills with expertise in social media strategy, content creation, and audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities (KRA)Design & Creative
Develop high-quality graphics, illustrations, infographics, and marketing materials aligned with brand identity.
Design social media creatives, digital ads, website banners, brochures, and other visual assets.
Create visually engaging video content, reels, and short animations for social platforms.
Ensure brand consistency in design and messaging across all materials.
Social Media Management
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
Plan, create, and schedule content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
Write engaging captions and copy aligned with campaigns and target audiences.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and build community engagement.
Stay updated with latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes to maximize visibility.
Analytics & Reporting
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, CTR, conversions).
Suggest and implement improvements based on insights.
Provide monthly reports with actionable recommendations.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
2+ years of experience in graphic design and/or social media management.
Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, Figma).
Familiarity with video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc.) is an advantage.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight deadlines.

Growth in followers, engagement, and reach on social media platforms.
Timely delivery and quality of creative assets.
Improved performance of paid and organic campaigns.
Positive audience feedback and increased brand visibility.
Consistent content calendar execution.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
