Job Overview:

To join our creative team, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Social Media Manager. As a pivotal member of our team, your role will be instrumental in uncovering compelling narratives that resonate with our brand identity and engage our target audience. Role & Responsibilities (but not limited to) :

Manage and grow NB Media's Instagram and other social media platforms. Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging Instagram reels and social media content. Handle phone and camera operations efficiently to create quality visual content. Maintain an appealing and professional on-screen presence. Collaborate with the team to brainstorm new social media strategies.

Skills And Software Proficiency:

Ability to conduct thorough and efficient research on YouTube trends, analytics, and audience behavior. Proficiency in analyzing Instagram analytics, engagement metrics, and viewer demographics to derive actionable insights. Knowledge of content trends, SEO strategies, and audience preferences to optimize video performance and channel growth. Effective communication in creating content for social media and collaborating with team members Efficiently managing tasks, deadlines, and priorities to ensure timely delivery of research projects. Deep understanding of Instagram Analytics tools to track video performance, audience retention, and engagement metrics.

Experience & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Film, English, Journalism, or a related field. No prior experience required - freshers and interns are welcome! Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of successful Instagram content.
