Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management
Manage and grow the company's presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, reels, stories) aligned with brand voice.
Monitor platform trends and adapt strategies to maximize engagement and reach.
Handle community interactions: respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries professionally.
2. Analytics & Reporting
Track and measure performance using Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and similar tools.
Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations.
Stay updated on algorithm changes, social media trends, and industry best practices.
3. Collaboration & Strategy
Work closely with content writers and graphic designers to produce high-quality creatives.
Support the overall digital marketing strategy with fresh, innovative ideas.
Conduct competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
Requirements
3+ years of proven experience in managing social media platforms.
Strong knowledge of content creation, engagement strategies, and trend analysis.
Proficiency with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative mindset with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Skills
Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing.
Experience with influencer collaborations.
Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator.
