Navees Infotech is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design, develop and Post creative content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and youtube for company as well as company's clients.
2. Design original graphics, animations, reels and video content for social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
3. Edit and repurpose content for different platforms/formats (Reels, carousels, stories, banners, etc.)
4. Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and aesthetics across all social media materials.
5. Develop, Design and execute tailored social media strategies for various clients and internal brands.
6. Create and manage paid ad campaigns including ad copy, targeting, and visual assets for various clients and internal brands.
7. Plan and maintain content calendars across multiple accounts, ensuring timely and strategic posts.
8. Lead the end-to-end execution social media strategy across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and more.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any field
2+ years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
Strong knowledge of major social platforms and their best practices
Proficiency in tools like Canva, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.
Excellent communication skills and creativity
Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies accordingly

Working mode : Mohali - work from Home
Shift : 12PM to 9PM
Working days : Mon to Sat.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
