Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and creative
Social Media Manager
to lead the brand's social presence across platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for shaping the voice of Thirty Threads online, creating compelling content, and growing a loyal audience that reflects the brand's identity.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms like Threads.
Plan and schedule monthly content calendars aligned with product drops, promotions, campaigns, and seasonal themes.
Create engaging, visually appealing content (in collaboration with graphic designers and photographers) including reels, carousels, static posts, and stories.
Monitor social media trends, industry benchmarks, and competitor activities to inform content and engagement strategies.
Drive community engagement by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions, and cultivating relationships with followers and influencers.
Collaborate with the marketing, e-commerce, and design teams to align brand messaging and campaigns.
Coordinate influencer collaborations and user-generated content initiatives.
Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, growth, CTR, conversions) and prepare monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Stay updated with new platform features and algorithm changes to optimize content reach and visibility.
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or related field.
2-5 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably in fashion or D2C lifestyle brands.
Strong understanding of Instagram, Meta Business Suite, Pinterest, and social media analytics tools.
Excellent communication skills and a flair for creative storytelling and copywriting.
Eye for aesthetics and familiarity with current fashion, pop culture, and visual trends.
Basic design/video editing skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut/InShot) are a plus.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
