Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive traffic to our platforms. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a strong understanding of digital marketing trends.

Days- Monday-Saturday

Timings- 9:00pm-01:00am (IST)

Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives. Create engaging content for various social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Monitor social media channels for trends, insights, and engagement opportunities. Utilize tools such as Hootsuite for scheduling posts and analyzing performance metrics. Conduct research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels. Manage advertising campaigns on social media platforms to enhance brand visibility. Edit videos and photographs to create visually appealing content that resonates with the target audience. Proofread all content before publication to ensure accuracy and adherence to brand guidelines.

Skills

Proficiency in digital marketing principles and practices. Strong content creation skills with experience in photography and video editing using Canva. Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or similar platforms. Excellent research abilities to identify trends and audience preferences. Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail in written communication. Ability to stigmatise negative feedback constructively while maintaining a positive brand image. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box when developing campaigns.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 24 - 28 per week
