Manage and grow company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp Business, etc.)
Create attractive graphics, posters, and creatives for posts and stories
Do basic photo & video editing (reels, short videos, banners)
Plan and schedule daily/weekly content
Write engaging captions, hashtags, and post descriptions
Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally
Maintain brand consistency in all posts
Track performance (reach, engagement, followers) and suggest improvements
Coordinate with the management for campaigns, offers, and promotions
