We're looking for a Social Media Manager who understands that social media is about
timing, tone, and consistency
, not just posting content.
What you'll do:
Plan and manage content calendars for Instagram (Youtube and Facebook when needed)
Write clear, human captions (English required, Hinglish a plus)
Coordinate with designers and video editors to publish content on time
Monitor performance and optimise content accordingly
Stay updated with trends while knowing when not to use them
What we're looking for:
Strong understanding of Instagram (reels, stories, carousels, insights)
Good communication and organisational skills
Attention to detail and sense of brand tone
Ability to work independently and ask questions when needed
Work setup:
Hybrid
Chandigarh preferred
