Content Creation:

Create high-quality, engaging, and relevant content for various social media platforms, including text, image, and video content. Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with overall marketing initiatives.

Community Management:

Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally. Foster a positive online community and address any negative interactions or feedback diplomatically.

Campaign Management:

Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns to promote products, services, or events. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing strategies for maximum ROI.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports, insights, and recommendations to improve social media performance. Use analytics to measure the success of campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.

Collaboration and Coordination:

Work closely with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure a cohesive brand presence across all channels. Coordinate social media activities with other departments to support overall business goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, tools, and trends.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using social media management and analytics tools. Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
