Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.)
Create and curate engaging content aligned with brand goals.
Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram ads etc.)
Monitor campaign performance and prepare analytics reports using tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.
Respond to followers, manage online reputation, and boost audience engagement.
Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Stay on top of the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
Run paid campaigns and ensure optimal ROI
Manage content calendars and ensure brand consistency across platform
Transform raw footage into polished Reels and short-form videos optimized for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Shorts.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in Social Media Manager
Strong knowledge of platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
Proficiency in SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Basic graphic design skills or familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
