who will
own and manage all social media activities end-to-end
. This role is for a
hands-on, all-in-one SMM
who can plan strategy, create content ideas, coordinate creatives, publish posts, manage engagement, run campaigns, analyze performance, and grow the brand across platforms.
This is a
full-ownership role
, ideal for someone comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy & Planning
Create and execute
monthly and weekly social media strategies
Define
content calendars
aligned with business, marketing, and sales goals
Plan campaigns for
brand awareness, product launches, offers, and milestones
Stay updated with
platform trends, algorithms, and best practices
Content Ideation & Creation
Develop
content ideas, captions, hooks, and storytelling concepts
Ideate for
posts, reels, stories, carousels, and short-form videos
Coordinate with the
Graphic Designer and Video Editor
(or design basic creatives if required)
Ensure content aligns with
brand tone, messaging, and visual identity
Content creation ideas and creative inputs are a
strong plus
Platform Management
Manage all social media platforms including:
o Instagram
o Facebook
o LinkedIn
o X (Twitter)
o YouTube (basic handling)
Schedule and publish posts consistently
Handle
DMs, comments, and community engagement
Monitor brand mentions and respond professionally
Campaigns & Performance Marketing Support
Support
paid social campaigns
(content coordination, creatives, captions)
Work with marketing leadership on
offers, promotions, and performance goals
Coordinate influencer or collaboration campaigns if required
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze
engagement, reach, followers, conversions, and growth
Prepare
weekly and monthly performance reports
Share actionable insights and improvement plans
Optimize content based on performance data
Cross-Department Coordination
Coordinate closely with the
entire Marketing Department
Work with
Operations, Sales, and Leadership teams
for updates and requirements
Align social media messaging with ongoing business activities
Brand & Reputation Management
Maintain consistent
brand voice and image
Ensure timely communication during announcements or issues
Support employer branding and company culture posts
Required Skills
Proven experience as a
Social Media Manager
Strong understanding of
Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and content trends
Excellent
copywriting and caption-writing skills
Ability to plan, execute, and manage
multiple tasks independently
Knowledge of
social media analytics tools
Basic understanding of
paid ads and campaign coordination
Strong communication and coordination skills

Basic design knowledge (
Canva / Adobe tools

Video ideation or reel scripting experience
