Pitambra Film & Production is seeking a creative, strategic, and result-driven
Social Media Manager
to manage and grow our digital presence across all major platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, promoting film projects, managing brand communication, and driving audience engagement to strengthen our production house's online identity.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and execute social media strategies for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
Create engaging content including reels, posts, stories, behind-the-scenes clips, promotions, and event highlights.
Handle daily posting, scheduling, and monitoring of social media accounts.
Manage brand voice and ensure consistency across all platforms.
Promote films, advertisements, casting calls, shoots, events, and company announcements.
Coordinate with the creative, marketing, and production teams for content planning.
Respond to messages, comments, and queries in a professional and timely manner.
Run and optimize paid social media campaigns when required.
Track analytics, engagement, reach, and growth; prepare performance reports.
Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and industry insights.
Requirements & Skills
Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and content formats.
Excellent content writing and communication skills.
Basic understanding of video editing, reels, and creative tools is a plus.
Knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple projects.
Experience in media, film, entertainment, or advertising industry will be an added advantage.
