Key Responsibilities :

Manage and maintain all company/brand social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Regularly create, schedule, and post content to keep channels active and engaging. Develop strategies to increase followers, engagement, and website/app traffic. Respond to audience interactions and foster online community engagement. Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align social media initiatives with business goals. Analyse social media metrics and create performance reports to optimize campaigns and strategies.

Qualifications :

Minimum Graduate or Post Graduate. Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or companies. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools. Creative mindset with ability to create visually appealing and engaging posts. Excellent written communication skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple platforms simultaneously.
