We are looking for a proactive and experienced

Social Media Manager

to lead our social media initiatives and manage a small team. The ideal candidate will have

proven experience working with international clients

to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor a team of social media executives/content creators. Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies for international clients. Ensure all content aligns with client brand guidelines and tone. Oversee content creation, scheduling, publishing, and performance monitoring. Analyze metrics and prepare actionable reports to optimize campaigns. Coordinate directly with international clients, ensuring clear and professional communication. Manage budgets for social media campaigns, including paid promotions. Stay up-to-date with global social media trends and emerging platforms. Drive engagement, growth, and ROI across all social media channels.

Requirements:

Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in social media management. Prior experience as a

team lead or managing a small team

. Hands-on experience with social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc. Proven track record of handling

international clients

.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

in English. Familiarity with social media management and analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.). Strategic mindset with analytical skills to interpret social media metrics. Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients/projects simultaneously.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
