We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our company's social media presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing posts, and analyzing performance to grow audience reach and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on all social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) Monitor audience interactions, respond to comments/messages, and manage online reputation Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to evaluate campaign effectiveness Collaborate with the marketing and design teams for cohesive brand messaging Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices Manage paid social media campaigns and influencer collaborations

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative mindset with attention to detail Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Preferred:

Experience with design tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite Knowledge of SEO and content marketing
